Yield to uphill traffic

Seattle is built on hills.
Seattle residential streets like to install traffic control devices that make them one-lane roads.

Yield to uphill traffic. If you're at an uncontrolled intersection and one side is uphill, you DO need to yield to the person coming up the hill. If the street is functionally one-lane, you do need to yield to the people travelling uphill.
